What actually happens.
THE WORKSHOP — 3 HOURS
Hour 1 — The Map.
See the finished work, then the full pipeline behind it. We take a premise suggested by the room and begin building — script beats, image generation, character locking.
Hour 2 — The Build.
The images become moving shots. Voice, sound, and music are generated and layered. You watch the film assemble in real time — including what goes wrong, and how a professional fixes it.
Hour 3 — Your Turn.
You write your first structured prompt using our template. Live critique of participant prompts. Then: the roadmap — what to practice, in what order, and how far this can take you.

Ideation & Script.
We start with your idea and shape it into a filmable 1–2 minute beat, then write it together.
Character & World.
We design your characters and build the reference sheets that keep them consistent across every shot.
Images & Storyboard.
Keyframe images, then the full sequence storyboarded — your film, on paper, before a frame moves.
Video Generation.
Your shots come to life. You direct the generations and learn the discipline that separates finished films from folders of clips.
Sound & Voice.
Voice, music, and sound design, generated and layered onto your film.

Do I need to buy any AI subscriptions first?
No. The Workshop is demo-led — you watch the full pipeline built live. For the 1:1, we work on our setup with you. Our starter kit shows you how to practice on free tiers afterward.
Do I need filmmaking experience?
No. We teach the pipeline from zero. Experienced filmmakers simply move faster.
What’s the difference between the two options?
The Workshop teaches you the method in a group — you leave knowing how. The 1:1 makes a film with you — you leave with a finished film of your own idea, and the process learned by doing it.
What do I bring to the 1:1?
One idea for a 1–2 minute film. That’s it. We shape it, build it, and finish it with you across the day.
