By enrolling in a KAI Academy workshop or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. KAI Academy is a brand of Ridonkulus Designs, a sole proprietorship registered under the laws of India (GSTIN: 09AXGPK6905R2ZO).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll. Participants aged 16–17 may enroll with explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Workshop Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment.

• Seats are limited and allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

• After successful payment, you will receive an acknowledgement receipt of your enrollment.

• The confirmation email containing the Zoom link and starter materials will be sent 24 hours before the start of your session.

• 1:1 Intensive sessions are booked by application. A session is confirmed only upon acceptance of the application and successful payment. Scheduling is by mutual agreement.

3. Workshop Delivery

• Workshops are delivered live via Zoom on the scheduled date and time.

• Every enrolled participant receives access to the link of the session recording within 48 hours of workshop completion.

• Session materials (starter kit, prompt templates, tool guides) are shared via email and/or Google Drive.

• 1:1 Intensive sessions are delivered live and privately, and include delivery of a finished 1–2 minute film and all associated project assets created during the session.

4. Recording and Materials — Rights of Use

All session recordings, slides, prompt templates, workflow documents, and related materials are the intellectual property of Ridonkulus Designs / KAI Studio.

As an enrolled participant, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• View the recording for your personal learning.

You may not:

• Download the recording.

• Redistribute, share, upload, or resell the recording or materials in any form.

• Publicly screen the recording or use it in your own commercial training.

• Post the recording (or excerpts) on social media, YouTube, Telegram, or any public platform.

• Use the recording to train AI/ML models.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license and may result in legal action.

5. Live Session Conduct

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally during live sessions.

• Recording, screenshotting, or streaming the live session without written permission is prohibited.

• We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

• Chat/Q&A content shared during the session may be included in the recording distributed to all participants.

6. Instructor and Content Disclaimers

• Workshops teach a working methodology and pipeline. They do not guarantee any specific creative, commercial, or professional outcome.

• Tools and platforms referenced (Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, Suno, etc.) are third-party services. KAI Academy has no affiliation with them unless explicitly stated, and is not responsible for their pricing, availability, or performance.

• Any AI-generated content produced by participants during or after the workshop is the participant’s own responsibility, including compliance with copyright, likeness rights, and platform terms.

7. Payment and Taxes

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Applicable GST (currently 18% for training services) is either inclusive or added at checkout, as specified on the enrollment page.

• GST invoices will be issued from Ridonkulus Designs (GSTIN: 09AXGPK6905R2ZO) to all participants.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refer to our separate Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on kaistudio.ai and all workshop materials are the property of Ridonkulus Designs / KAI Studio.

• Participant-created work during the workshop belongs to the participant.

• KAI Academy may, with prior written consent, showcase anonymized participant work for promotional purposes.

• For 1:1 Intensive sessions, the film produced during the session and all project assets created from the participant’s own idea belong to the participant. KAI Academy’s underlying methodology, templates, and workflow documents remain the property of Ridonkulus Designs / KAI Studio.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridonkulus Designs’ total liability arising from your enrollment shall not exceed the workshop fee paid by you. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

11. Modifications to Workshops

We reserve the right to modify workshop curriculum, format, or delivery method to improve quality. Material changes will be communicated in advance.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Mumbai / city where Ridonkulus is registered].

13. Grievance Redressal

For any grievance or dispute, please first email hello@kaistudio.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
